This delicious Cranberry Brie Bread on Pane Turano is the perfect snack or meal on its own – not only this holiday season, but every day of the year!

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Pull out a sheet pan large enough to fit slices of bread.

2. Spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone and 3 ounces of brie on a slice of Pane Turano. You will need to break the brie into smaller pieces.

3. Sprinkle with ¼ cup cranberries and half the full amount of fresh chopped rosemary.

4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the cheese is browned, gooey and the bottom of the bread is crisp.

* Pane Turano
* 2 tbs. mascarpone
* 6 oz. brie cheese, rind removed
* ½ cup fresh cranberries
* 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves removed and chopped fine
