Grilled Tomato Crostini
Ingredients
Four slices of Pane Turano
1 garlic clove, halved
Juicy Grilled Tomatoes
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt
20 small basil leaves
Directions
Light a grill or preheat a grill pan. Grill the ciabatta until toasted and charred in spots, about 1 minute per side.
Transfer to plates and rub with the garlic halves. Spoon the tomatoes and their juices over the grilled bread and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and basil and serve.
