Ham and Brie Sliders

Ham and Brie Sliders


• 2 bags Mini Brioche Rolls
• 1 wheel of room temperature Brie
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 4 sage leaves, chopped
• 8 oz baked ham, cubed
• 1 tsp ground mustard
• 3 tablespoons of butter


① Slice half the Mini Brioche Rolls and shape them into a Christmas Tree on a large baking tray.
② Next prepare the ingredients by slicing the brie cheese and cubing the baked ham. In a bowl, combine the ham, chopped sage leaves, chopped onions, and 1 tablespoon of ground mustard and mix well.
③ Fill the Mini Brioche Rolls with each brie and ham mixture, and lightly coat the sliders with butter.
④ Bake at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
