Hawaiian Burger on Brioche
Hawaiian Burger on Brioche
Ingredients
4 burger patties
Salt and pepper, for seasoning
4 pineapple rings, cut ½” thick
2 tsp. vegetable oil
4 Turano Brioche Buns, toasted
4 lettuce leaves
4-8 slices of tomato
2 oz. teriyaki or Thai sweet chili sauce
Directions
Grill burgers over a medium-high fire (or pan, if grilling indoors) to your favored doneness.
While burgers are grilling, brush pineapple rings with oil on both sides and grill, about 1½-2 minutes on each side.
Layer buns with lettuce, tomato, burgers and pineapple rings, drizzle with teriyaki or sweet chili sauce, then serve.
