Loaf of Pane Turano Egg salad, make your own or store-bought Chicken salad, make your own or store-bought Christmas bow, optional

Cut Pane Turano slices in half. Spread each half with egg salad or chicken salad; top with remaining Pane. Arrange sandwiches in a circle on a serving plate. Decorate with a bow if desired.
