Hot Corned Beef Sandwich

Hot Corned Beef Sandwich


• ½ cup 1000 island dressing
• 1 Tbsp. horseradish
• 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 2 cups coleslaw
• 3 Turano French Rolls
• ½ lb. thinly sliced corned beef (Vienna)
• 6 slices baby Swiss cheese


① Preheat oven to 425˚F.
② In a small bowl, mix the 1000 island, horseradish and mustard together. Fold in the coleslaw, cover, and keep in the refrigerator until ready to use.
③ Place the French rolls on a baking sheet and layer the corned beef on one side of the roll. Add 2 slices of Swiss to the other side of each roll and bake for 2-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the bread is toasted.
④ Place prepared coleslaw on each roll and enjoy!
