Irish Cheddar Cheeseburger Sandwiches

Ingredients
Sandwiches
• 1 pack (8) Turano Brioche Rolls
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
• 1 small white onion, finely chopped
• 2.5 lb lean ground beef
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 2 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 10 slices aged Irish cheddar cheese
• 10 slices mild Irish cheddar cheese
• 12-15 Dill pickles
Garlic Aioli
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Toppings
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
• Sesame seeds
Directions
① Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
② In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add onion and cook until soft and translucent. Add ground beef, break apart, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
③ Place cheese slices on top of the ground beef in the pan, cover and allow to melt, once slightly melted mix until well combined.
④ Prepare Garlic Butter by melting the remaining 4 tbsp butter and stir in garlic and parsley.
⑤ Place the bottom halves of Turano Brioche Rolls on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with garlic butter and spread a dollop of the sauce over each roll. Spoon the beef mixture evenly on top, then layer aged cheddar and mild cheddar, rotating the different types of cheese as you place them. Add the pickle slices and top with roll tops. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
⑥ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rolls are lightly golden.
⑦ Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!
