Jerk Chicken Sandwich


Turano Brioche Rolls
2 chicken breasts / sliced thin
Black pepper
All spice pimento pepper (most important ingredient--get corns or powdered version)
1 Garlic
Ginger (thumb sized)
2 scotch bonnet peppers
2 scallions
Dried chili flakes
Brown sugar


Cut all vegetables and mix with spices
Add 1 table spoon of brown sugar and 1 table spoon honey to mixture
Mash all the vegetables, spices, honey together
Spread all over chicken and let sit for 1 hour, 3, hours, or overnight for best taste
Cook on grill over low-medium heat for up to 40 minutes, turning occasionally
Add lime juice from a freshly squeezed lime while chicken is cooking
Toast brioche rolls and eat as chicken sandwich
