Peach Riesling Butter
Peach Riesling Butter
Ingredients
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks), room temperature
1 peach, peeled and cut into small wedges
1 cup Riesling
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Place 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium-high heat and melt.
Add peaches and sauté until brown, 3-4 minutes.
Add Riesling and reduce heat to medium low. Cover. Let simmer 4-5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
Place butter, salt and peaches in food processor. Turn on and drizzle in olive oil until completely mixed.
