Rachel Reuben Double-Decker Sandwich

Ingredients

• 6 slices Turano Rustic Rye
• 1/3 cup Russian dressing
• 3/4 lb corned beef
• 4 slices Swiss cheese
• 1/4 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
• 3/4 lb roasted turkey
• 1 cup buttermilk coleslaw
• 1/2 lb pastrami


Directions

① Toast the 3 slices of Turano Rustic Rye.
② Spread about 1 tablespoon of Russian dressing on each slice of bread.
③ On one slice, layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Top with another slice of bread.
④ Then layer turkey, coleslaw, Swiss cheese, and pastrami. Top with the remaining bread slice.
⑤ Add a skewer to keep it together, slice, and enjoy!
