Red Onion & Kalamata Olive Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

• 4 slices of Pane Turano
• 2 6-ounce cans of tuna packed in water (drained)
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup roughly chopped kalamata olives


Directions

① In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, pepper, olive oil, onion, and olives.
② Spread the mixture on Pane Turano.
