Shredded Brisket Torta on Soft Sub Roll

Ingredients
2 teaspoons vegetable oil 4 Turano Soft Sub Rolls, cut in half 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 avocado, halved, pitted, sliced into 12 pieces 1 can refried beans 8 oz. shredded Monterrey jack cheese 1 pound cooked, shredded brisket (or any shredded meat that you might have on hand) 1 tomato, sliced into 8 pieces 1 cup shredded lettuce Hot sauce, served on the side

Directions
Preheat grill pan or skillet over medium heat with oil. (Or turn oven to 375*F to bake sandwiches). Spread top halves of each roll with mayonnaise and then add avocado slices. Spread refried beans on the bottom halves, top with cheese, brisket, lettuce and tomato. Put whole sandwich together and place on grill pan or skillet. Using the back of a spatula, press the sandwiches against the cooking surface. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. (If baking, wrap sandwiches in foil and cook in the oven 5-7 minutes.)
