Steak and Chimichurri Melt on Pane Turano

Ingredients
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbl. dried oregano
2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 lime, juiced
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup of olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
1.5 lbs. skirt or flank steak, grilled
8 slices Pane Turano
8 slices of provolone cheese
Cooking spray
Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Let stand 30 minutes before serving.
Layer each sandwich equally with steak, provolone cheese, and a tablespoons of chimichurri sauce on a slice of bread and close up the sandwich.
Place on a panini press or grill pan for 3-4 minutes (or about 2 minutes per side if using a grill pan or skillet) or until cheese is melted.
