Thanksgiving Sliders

Ingredients

Sliders:
• 1 pack Turano Mini French Rolls (8)
• 1 lb leftover Thanksgiving turkey (or deli sliced turkey)
• 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
• 6 slices Havarti or provolone cheese
• Mashed potatoes (about 1 cup; leftover or homemade, spreadable consistency)
• Crispy fried onions (1⁄2 cup — available in premade or prepared freshly)
Topping/glaze:
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp minced dried onion
• 2 tsp poppy seeds
• 2 tsp minced fresh chives


Directions

① Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
② Assemble bottom layer by slicing the rolls in half horizontally and placing the bottom halves in the dish.
③ Begin laying the mashed potatoes, and sprinkle the crispy fried onions over the mashed potatoes, ensuring some crunch in every bite. Then add the turkey, layers of cheese, and finish by spreading the cranberry sauce on top. Then add the upper halves of the buns.
④ For the glaze, in a bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced dried onion, poppy seeds, and chives. Generously brush this glazing mixture over the tops of the buns
⑤ Cover tightly with foil and bake in the preheated oven for ~15–18 minutes, until warmed through and cheese is melted.
⑥ Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3–5 minutes, until the tops are golden and lightly crisped
⑦ Let cool slightly and enjoy!
