Turano California Sandwich

Turano California Sandwich


4 slices Turano Whole Wheat Bread
1/2 cup of greek yogurt
1 tbs fresh chives, chopped
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
2 slices pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 avocado, peeled and mashed
1 tomato, sliced


In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly over 2 bottom slices of bread.
Place 1 slice of cheese on top, followed by sprouts & tomato slice.
Top off with avocado spread, divided evenly
Complete sandwich with remaining 2 slices of bread and enjoy.
