Breakfast Bread Boat


• 2 Turano Pan Rustico Rustic Baguettes
• 6 eggs
• beef bacon
• mozzarella cheese, shredded
• basil, chopped
• parsley, chopped
• grated parmesan
• red pepper flakes
• salt, to taste
• black pepper, to taste

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
• 3 tablespoons parmesan, grated
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


① Preheat oven to 400°F.
② To a small bowl, add the melted butter, parsley, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix together and set aside.
③ Take each Pan Rustico Rustic Baguette and cut three sections out of each one so it creates three wells.
④ Brush the garlic butter all along the inside and outside.
⑤ Add beef bacon to the bottom of each well and then mozzarella cheese. Crack an egg on top into each well.
⑥ Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, larger eggs will take longer to cook.
⑦ Take out of the oven once the egg whites are set and finish it off with salt, black pepper, chopped basil, parsley, more parmesan, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to enjoy!
