Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pinsa

Ingredients

• 1 Turano Pinsa Rustica crust
• 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
• 4 tbsp buffalo sauce (plus more for drizzling)
• 4 tbsp ranch dressing (plus more for topping)
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
• ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1–2 tbsp sliced green onion
• A pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)


Directions

① Preheat your oven to 425°F
② Toss the chicken with buffalo sauce + ranch until fully coated.
③ Place the Turano Pinsa Rustica on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
④ Layer your base: Sprinkle half the mozzarella, add the buffalo-ranch chicken evenly, and top with the remaining mozzarella
⑤ Bake for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the Pinsa are golden brown.
⑥ Finish with toppings by drizzling ranch and extra buffalo sauce. Add celery, green onion, and blue cheese crumbles. Sprinkle a touch of crushed red pepper if you want heat. Enjoy!
