Chili Dogs

Ingredients
• 3 Hot Dogs
• 3 Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls
• Cheddar cheese
Homemade chili
• 1 lb. ground beef 80/20
• 1 onion finely diced
• 1 green bell pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic minced
• 1 cup beef stock
• 1 can Tomato Sauce
• 1/4 cup Ketchup
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Olive oil
Garnish
• Chopped Red Onions
• Chopped Parsley
• Sliced Jalapeños
Directions
① Add olive oil to low-medium heated pan. Add ground beef and break up with wooden spatula. After 5 minutes of cooking, add chopped onion, green peppers, and garlic. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients for homemade chili.
② Cook hot dogs on a skillet or on a grill.
③ Add hot dogs to Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls, top with shredded cheddar cheese and melt using a heat gun, add homemade chili and garnish with sliced jalapeño, chopped red onions, and chopped parsley (optional)
