Porchetta (purchase from your local butcher or deli) 2 slices of imported Asiago Cheese 1 Finely diced orange 1 topping of fresh arugula 2 slices of tomatos 2 tablespoons Hot giardiniera

Slice porchetta into thin or thick slices depending on preference. Place porchetta slices into Turano French Rolls. Top with asiago cheese. Lay over oranges, giardiniera, and arugula. Serve!
