Elote-Style Hot Dog


• 4 Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls
• 3 ears fresh corn (husk can be left on)
• 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. Mexican crema
• ¼ tsp. kosher salt
• ½ tsp. hot sauce
• ½ tsp. cilantro, chopped
• 4 beef hot dogs
• 2 Tbsp. cotija cheese
• Chili powder, to taste
• 1 lime, cut into wedges


① Preheat grill on medium. Place corn on the grill and rotate to ensure even cooking on all sides (about 10-15 minutes). Once cooked, remove from grill and place on a cutting board.
② Remove the husk and cut kernels off the cobb, place in a medium bowl. Add mayo, crema, salt, hot sauce and chopped cilantro. Mix together and set aside.
③Place hot dogs on grill and cook until they have a nice char. Place each dog in a warmed roll and top with elote mixture. Garnish with cotija cheese, chili powder and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
