Fig & Prosciutto Pinsa

Ingredients

• 1 pack Turano Pinsa Crust
• 2/3 cup Ricotta Cheese
• ½ cup Goat Cheese Crumbles
• 4 tbsp Onion Jam (see recipe below)
• 4-6 slices Prosciutto
• 4-6 Figs, sliced

Onion Jam:
• ½ cup Red Onion, chopped
• ¼ cup Water
• ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar


Directions

① Heat the oven to 450°F
② To make the onion jam, Combine all ingredients in a saucepot and simmer on low for 15 minutes
③ Remove both Pinsa Crusts from the packaging
④ Spread the ricotta evenly over both crusts, leaving a slight ½” border
⑤ Top the Pinsa Crust with the sliced figs and crumbled goat cheese
⑥ Arrange small spoonfuls of the onion jam on top of the Pinsa
⑦ Tear the prosciutto into small pieces by hand and place on the Pinsa Crust
⑧ Bake directly on the oven racks for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the Pinsa Crust is crispy on the bottom
