• 4 Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls
• 1 (15-ounce) can rinsed white beans
• 1/4 c. fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
• 6 Peppadew peppers, chopped
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
• Kosher salt and black pepper
• 4 of your favorite hot dogs or brats

① Turn grill on to medium-high heat
② Once grill is hot enough, add the brats or hot dogs
③ While the brats or hot dogs are grilling, prepare the salad by tossing together beans parsley, peppers, scallions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and kosher salt and black pepper in a bowl.
④ Assemble brats or hot dogs on Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls and top with salad, and enjoy!
