Meat Lovers Pinsa

Ingredients
• 1 pack Turano Pinsa Crust (2 crusts)
• ½ lb Italian Sausage
• 16-20 slices Pepperoni
• 2 slices Bacon
• ½ lb Ground Beef
• ½ cup Pizza Sauce
• 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
① Heat the oven to 450°F.
② If the sausage is in a casing, remove from the casing. Cook the sausage in a pan, using a spoon to break the sausage into bite sized chunks. Remove once cooked and allow to drain on a paper towel lined plate.
③ In a separate pan, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat and cook until browned and fully cooked.
④ Remove once cooked and allow to drain on a paper towel lined plate. Thinly slice the bacon into strips.
⑤ Remove both Pinsa Crusts from the packaging.
⑥ Spread the pizza sauce evenly over both crusts, leaving a slight ½” border.
⑦ Top the Pinsa Crust with the mozzarella cheese, cooked sausage, pepperoni, ground beef, and bacon.
⑧ Bake directly on the oven racks for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the Pinsa Crust is crispy on the bottom.
