Open-Faced Cucumber Sandwich


Rustic Rye
1 pack cream cheese
½ cup mayo
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon dried parsley
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon dried dill


In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayo, parsley, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill
Place mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill
Slice cucumbers in appropriate sizes
Spread mixture on toasted or non-toasted Rustic Rye bread and top with cucumber
