Pinot Noir and Blue Cheese Butter
Ingredients
1 cup pinot noir
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks), room temperature
¼ cup gorgonzola cheese
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Place pinot noir in a sauce pan over medium heat and reduce to about 2 oz.
Place butter and gorgonzola in food processor. Turn on and drizzle in wine, then olive oil until completely mixed.
