Taco Pinsa

Ingredients

• 1 pack Turano Pinsa Crust
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 1 Tbsp + 1tsp Taco Seasoning (See Recipe Below)
• ¼ cup Red Onion, Diced
• ½ cup Tomato, Diced
• ½ Lime, Juiced
• 1 Tbsp cilantro, Chopped
• ½ cup Pizza Sauce
• 1 Tbsp Chipotle Puree
• 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
• ½ tbsp Chili Powder
• ¾ tsp Ground Cumin
• ½ tsp Kosher Salt
• ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
• ¼ tsp Paprika
• 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/8 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/8 tsp Ground Chipotle Pepper (substitute crushed red pepper)


Directions

① Heat the oven to 450°F
② Mix the taco seasoning with the ground beef
③ In a medium pan brown the seasoned ground beef, using a spoon to break it into small pieces. Reduce heat to medium and cook until fully cooked
④ In a small bowl, mix the chipotle puree with the pizza sauce
⑤ Remove both Pinsa Crusts from the packaging
⑥ Spread the pizza sauce evenly over both crusts, leaving a slight ½” border
⑦ Top the Pinsa Crust with the mozzarella cheese, cooked ground beef, tomatoes, and onion
⑧ Bake directly on the oven racks for 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted and the Pinsa Crust is crispy on the bottom
⑨ Once cooked, remove from the oven and squeeze the lime juice over the Pinsa Crust, then garnish with clantro
