Ingredients
4 Chicago-style tamales (found in the freezer case at your local grocery store)
4 Turano Brat & Sausage Rolls
1 cup Cowboy chili (recipe available on Turano.com), warm
½ cup shredded cheddar
¼ red onion, diced
Directions
Set up a pot of water with a steamer basket over high heat.
Steam tamales for 5-6 minutes.
Remove tamales, set aside and add Turano Brat & Sausage Rolls to the steamer. Cover and steam 30-45 seconds.
Serve tamale on Turano Brat & Sausage Roll and cover with chili, cheese and onions.
