Spinach Dip Mini Sandwich
Ingredients
4 Turano Gourmet Burger Buns, toasted
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cups baby spinach, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
½ cup fat free sour cream
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon chipotle chili pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup shredded 2% reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
Directions
In a medium skillet, bring the oil to medium heat and add spinach.
Stir the spinach until wilted, about 3 minutes, and then add the garlic.
Cook for another minute until garlic is fragrant and then remove from heat.
In a medium bowl, combine the spinach & garlic, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, chili pepper, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Spoon the mixture evenly onto each burger.
Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella evenly over the tops of each sandwich.
