For this Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwich, combine your favorite store-bought pesto with alternating layers of mozzarella and provolone. Or better yet, make your own pesto! Serve on Pane Turano.

• 2 slices Pane Turano
• 1 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
• 2 Tbsp. Pesto
• 2 slices Provolone cheese
• 2 slices Mozzarella cheese

① Butter outside of two slices of Pane Turano. Spread pesto on inside of the Pane.
② Stack alternating slices of Mozzarella and provolone.
③ Cook in a skillet or Panini maker according to your preference.
